How to set up your DaySync online booking page

A booking page lets clients see available times without waiting for a reply. It is useful when you are with a client, away from your phone or closed for the day.
Start with a small service menu and a schedule you can keep. Setup time depends on how much information you already have; allow time to test the page before sharing it.
1. Add your business and main services
Create your DaySync account and check the details on your public page at your-name.daysync.pro. Use a business name clients will recognize.
The Free plan is for one team member and shows up to five services on the public booking page. Start with your most frequently requested services. Give each one a clear name, price and duration. If two options sound similar, explain the difference so a new client can choose.
Set aside enough time for consultation and the service itself. Use a buffer where you need time to clean up or prepare for the next appointment. Avoid counting that time twice in both the service duration and buffer.
2. Set the hours clients can book
Enter your working hours and check days off. Then review the booking settings:
- Start-time intervals: how often an appointment can begin. Choose intervals that work with your service lengths.
- Advance notice: how close to the appointment a client can book. Leave enough time to prepare.
- Buffers: time between appointments that should not be offered to another client.
Check a busy day as well as an empty one. The page should offer times that work with the appointments already in your calendar.
3. Test the whole booking process
Open your public link as a client. Choose a service and an available time, then enter the required first name, last name, email address and phone number. Check any approval or verification steps your business uses.
After the test, confirm that the service, time and client details appear correctly in your calendar. Remove or cancel the test appointment when you finish.
Online bookings receive an email confirmation. Email reminders are scheduled for 24 hours and 2 hours before the visit; a booking made closer to the appointment cannot receive a reminder for a time that has already passed. Manually added appointments do not send these client emails. DaySync does not send SMS reminders.
Integrated card payments and booking deposits are not available in the current release. Continue collecting payment through your existing method.
4. Share the link where clients look for you
Add the booking link to your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile and other places clients use to contact you. Put a QR code at reception or beside your workstation so returning clients can find it easily.
A short announcement is enough: You can now view available times and book here: [your link]. If you are unsure which service to choose, message me.
5. Review the first bookings
During the first week, note questions clients ask and any services they choose incorrectly. Adjust descriptions or durations where needed. Keep your hours current and check that the link works after you change your profile.
Your page is ready when a client can choose the right service and time, and you can find the correct appointment in your calendar. See online booking features for more detail.
