Questions about the team calendar
- Does the calendar sync across devices?
- Yes: the same calendar on iOS, Android and the web. A booking taken at the front desk appears on the team member’s phone right away. Sync here means DaySync on every device; it doesn’t connect to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
- Can each team member have their own hours?
- Yes: everyone has their own hours, days off and the list of services they can be booked for.
- What is “Book again”?
- “Book again” starts a new booking from a completed visit with the client, services and team member already filled in, so you only pick the date and time.
