a bodywork day
Deep hours, quiet book.
Your hands are busy for six of the next eight hours. The book has to fill itself, remind itself, and be readable in the ninety seconds between clients.
free to start, no card · runs itself while you work · also runs in the browser

one day, compressed
A bodywork day: five deep hours, zero phone calls.
08:50 — one glance
The day reads in ninety seconds.
Between clients you get one glance, not ten minutes. My Day answers it: who’s next, what they had last time, where the gap is, what the day has taken so far.

11:55 — the fill
The gap fills itself mid-session.
Your hands were on a client’s shoulders when Nina booked. The page took it, the confirmation sent itself, and you found out between clients — not from a missed call.

19:00 — counted
Five deep hours, added up.
Every checkout files itself as the day runs, so closing out is a glance. No envelope arithmetic after eight hours on your feet.

A therapist's calendar has one enemy: the phone that rings mid-session. The booking page answers it instead.
the honest part
You can't take a booking with your elbows.
Every missed call during a session is a booking that went to whoever answered. DaySync keeps the book open while you work – gaps stay on sale on your page, reminders send themselves, and the day reads in one glance between clients.
in plain words
What DaySync is, if you skipped the poetry.
DaySync is booking and scheduling software for massage therapists and bodywork practices. Clients book from your booking page – a name and a phone number in any browser, no app – and the session lands on your calendar at its real length; a buffer between online bookings, set once, keeps reset time protected. Your hands are busy for most of the working day, so the book runs itself in the meantime: confirmation and reminder emails go out automatically, gaps stay on sale on your page, and the whole day reads in one glance between clients – who's next, what they had last time, what the day has taken so far. Every client keeps a history with your notes on pressure, focus areas and contraindications. Free to start for one person; Pro is $25/month flat when the practice grows – the shared team calendar, roles and reports.
questions
Before you switch.
- Is DaySync free for a solo massage therapist?
- Yes – the Free plan is a complete system for one person: booking page, calendar, client history and automatic email reminders, no card required.
- Can clients book while I'm in a session?
- That's the point – your booking page takes bookings while your hands are busy. A client picks a session and a time in any browser and confirms with a name and phone number; you see it between clients.
- Can I keep session notes per client?
- Yes. Each client's card holds their history and your notes – pressure, focus areas, contraindications you noted – so the next session starts informed.
- Does it keep reset time between sessions?
- Yes, for bookings from your page: set a buffer between online bookings once (up to 60 minutes) and every online booking arrives with that breathing room after it, so the table is turned over and the room aired without back-to-back collisions.
- What does Pro add for a small practice?
- The Free plan is built for one person. Pro ($25/month flat, no per-seat fee) adds unlimited team members, roles, the shared calendar and reports.
