How team pay is calculated
Payroll works out what each team member is owed from the work already on the calendar, so there’s no spreadsheet to rebuild at the end of the period. Each person has their own terms: a commission percentage or a fixed salary.
For each pay period, DaySync adds up commission on completed services with tips, applies bonuses or deductions, and subtracts any advances already paid, giving one total per person.
DaySync calculates and records pay; it doesn’t send money. Pay your team through your usual payment method, then mark the period paid, so you keep a record of each pay period and its payment status. Payroll comes with Business.
