The price on the page is the price.

DaySync ships the booking page, reminders, client records and reports in one plan — $25/mo flat per location, free to start. No per-calendar pricing, no add-on stack. Weighing it against Vagaro? The honest comparison is below.

The short version.

DaySync's Free plan is a complete booking system with no card at all, and Pro is $25 a month — or $250 a year — flat per location with unlimited team members, the booking page and reports included. Vagaro's US base plan is $23.99 a month (a promotional rate) for one bookable calendar, plus $10 a month for each additional calendar up to seven; the website builder ($20/mo), forms ($10/mo) and a branded app ($100/mo) are separate add-ons, and the 30-day trial requires a card. On DaySync, the price on the pricing page is the price.

Why people switch.

The team is included

DaySync Pro is $25 flat per location, team included. Vagaro charges by bookable calendar: $23.99 for the first, $10 for each of the next six (US) — a three-person studio starts at about $44 before any add-ons.

No add-on stack

DaySync ships its booking page, reminders, client records and reports in the plan. On Vagaro the booking core is one price — then the website, forms, text marketing and the branded app are each their own monthly line.

Free needs no card

DaySync's Free plan needs no card and never converts — it is simply free. Vagaro's 30-day trial requires a credit card and becomes a paid subscription the day it ends.

The maths of a three-calendar studio.

A studio with three bookable people pays DaySync Pro $25 a month, with the booking page, reminders and reports already in it. On Vagaro’s current promotional US pricing the same studio starts at $43.99 a month — and with the MySite website so clients can find you ($20) and digital forms ($10), the bill is $73.99 before text marketing or payment processing.

The honest counterpoint: Vagaro's menu exists because the surface is genuinely huge — point-of-sale hardware, payroll, memberships, a consumer marketplace, a branded app. If you run a larger operation that will actually use that depth, paying per module can still be rational. If you mostly need bookings, clients and the day's numbers, you are paying for shelf space.

Where Vagaro is ahead.

The broadest feature surface in the category: POS hardware, payroll, memberships, inventory and a consumer marketplace, used by what Vagaro says is 100,000+ businesses.
Card payments live today with published rates, plus a hardware ecosystem.
A 30-day trial — the longest of the big three — if you want to evaluate the full suite.

A multi-room operation that will genuinely use payroll, retail inventory and hardware may be better served by Vagaro’s depth — DaySync wins when the day is bookings, clients and the takings.

Switching takes an afternoon.

The honest questions.

Free is a plan, not a trial. A solo operator gets online booking, the calendar, client records and payouts for $0, forever, with no card on file. Pro ($25/mo or $250/yr per location) lifts the limits and adds team tooling, reports and marketing.

The public booking page, automated reminders, client records with notes and photos, and reports are all part of the plan. There is no separate website, forms or branded-app line item.

No — and if you need them today, Vagaro genuinely covers more ground. DaySync tracks takings, splits commission per team member and is building Stripe payments; hardware and payroll are not on the near-term roadmap.

Yes. Add clients directly in the app, or send us your exported client list at support@daysync.io and we will help you load it.

Per location, flat. A studio with five bookable people pays the same $25/mo (or $250/yr) — team members, services and categories are unlimited on Pro.
