a brow day
The six-week cycle, never left to memory.
Every client in this chair is due back in five to seven weeks. The studio that remembers first keeps the client – so the remembering shouldn't be a person's job.

one day, compressed
A brow day: the cycle keeps itself on file.
10:00 — the map
The card opens where the last session ended.
Shape, pigment, sensitivities — notes save per visit, and photos of mapped and healed work attach to each appointment. A touch-up starts from the record, not from memory.
Soft arch · mapped 28 May. Pigment: warm brown — healed cool. Photos attached.

13:30 — the rhythm
It learns who's due back.
The card learns each client’s rhythm from her visits and flags who’s due or overdue; the weekly report names the regulars who are slipping. The follow-up becomes a decision, not a recollection.
Emma returns about every 6 weeks — due back Friday.

19:00 — the rebook
The next sitting, booked in one tap.
On a finished appointment, Rebook clones it — same client, same services, you — and you just pick the week-six date before she’s out of the chair.

The rebook cycle is the business model. DaySync's job is to make sure it never depends on memory – yours or theirs.
the honest part
The client you forgot to rebook is someone else's client now.
Brow work has a built-in expiry date, and every lapsed week past it is revenue walking to another studio. DaySync keeps the cycle visible – the client’s card learns her rhythm and flags when she’s due back, rebooking her usual is one tap before she leaves the chair, and the weekly report names the regulars who are slipping. Nobody spends an evening in the DMs doing the remembering.
in plain words
What DaySync is, if you skipped the poetry.
DaySync is booking and scheduling software for brow and permanent-makeup studios. Clients book from your page – a name and a phone number in any browser, no app to download – and confirmation and reminder emails go out before each visit on their own. The trade runs on the rebook, so DaySync keeps the cycle visible instead of leaving it to memory: each client's card learns her visit rhythm ("returns about every 6 weeks") and flags when she's due or overdue, one tap on a finished appointment rebooks the same client and services for the next sitting, and the business report lists lapsing regulars by name. Notes and photos per visit hold shape, pigment and healed results, so a touch-up starts where the last session ended. Takings count as the day runs. Free to start for one artist; Pro is $25/month flat when the studio grows.
questions
Before you switch.
- How does DaySync handle the rebook cycle?
- Three ways, none of them memory: the client's card learns her visit rhythm and shows a due / overdue flag; one tap on a finished appointment rebooks the same client and services for the next sitting; and the business report names regulars who are slipping, so the follow-up is a decision, not a recollection.
- Can it remind clients about their appointment?
- Yes – confirmation and reminder emails go out on their own before each visit, so booked touch-ups are kept without a message thread.
- Can I keep notes on shape and pigment?
- Yes. Every client keeps a history: notes per visit (shape, pigment, sensitivities), photos of mapped and healed work, and what she paid. A touch-up starts where the last session ended instead of from memory.
- Do clients need an app to book?
- No. Your booking page works in any browser – a client picks a service and a slot, leaves a name and phone number, done. The apps on iOS, Android and web are for you, not your clients.
- What about deposits for PMU sessions?
- Deposits are on the roadmap. Today DaySync confirms and reminds automatically, which is where most no-shows are actually lost; when deposits ship, the change will be on the changelog first.
- Can I run two artists on the Free plan?
- The Free plan is built for one person. A second artist means Pro – $25/month flat, unlimited team members, no per-seat fee.
