- Mobile in-app subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms
- Entitlements across web and mobile are managed through Adapty
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, downgrades, or unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted at the discretion of the relevant payment processor.
Because web subscriptions are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record, refunds for web purchases are determined by Paddle on a case-by-case basis under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including where required by law. Refunds for mobile in-app subscriptions are governed by Apple App Store or Google Play policies. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation and Downgrade
- Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from account settings (or, for mobile purchases, through your app store account)
- Access to Pro features continues until the end of the billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan after cancellation
- Some data and features may be limited based on plan restrictions

- DaySync only connects your account to Stripe. We do not charge any commission or take any percentage of the payments you collect from your clients, and those funds never pass through DaySync. Your money is held and disbursed entirely by Stripe under your own direct relationship with Stripe.
- We are not a party to the transaction between you and your client, and we do not act as a bank, payment processor, or escrow agent
- You are solely responsible for your services, pricing, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and tax obligations relating to payments and deposits you collect from your clients
- Standard Stripe processing fees and payout timing are governed by your agreement with Stripe
