Net profit, counted as the week runs.
Checkout records add to revenue, and recorded expenses appear alongside it. Keep both up to date to make the finance report useful.
Revenue, line by line.
Services, tips and products split automatically; card, cash and transfer stack underneath with counts per method. Refunds are tracked to the cent, and a quick sale rings up a walk-in in seconds.
The terminal stays yours.
DaySync counts the day; your terminal, till and bank transfers keep working exactly as they do now. Payouts and the business report have their own pages.
Before you switch.
- How does DaySync record payments?
- For an in-person sale, record the payment method at checkout: cash, card on your terminal or bank transfer. DaySync keeps that sales record; the payment runs through your chosen method.
- How is commission calculated?
- In Pro, set each member’s pay terms. Commission is calculated from completed work, with tips, adjustments and advances shown in the pay-period breakdown.
- Can I take deposits?
- No. Online booking deposits are not available in the current release.
- Does DaySync do payroll and payouts?
- Pro calculates and records team pay for each pay period. You pay team members outside DaySync, then mark the period paid in the app.
