How the business report works
The business report opens on the period’s revenue and how many booked appointments were completed. From there it breaks down by area: finance; top services ranked by revenue; each team member’s revenue, visits and tips; and a clients report with new and returning clients, and the regulars who have not been back for 60+ days, by name.
Reports use the appointments, sales and expenses you record in DaySync. Profit is revenue minus the expenses you record.

Questions about reports
- Can I see each member’s numbers?
- Yes: revenue, visits and tips for each team member, plus earned commission when you use payroll on Business. Each member can open their own numbers – and only their own.
- Can I export the numbers?

- Top sellers, stock value and what needs reordering, based on the products and stock you track on Business.
