team & roles · who sees what

Owners, receptionists and team members.

Each role sees exactly what it needs: the money stays with the owner, the schedule stays with the team member, and the receptionist books clients without seeing either.

The real DaySync team roster: six members with roles, services and status chips

new member

Emma joined on Tuesday. By her first shift, the calendar already knew her.

An email invite, a confirmation code, her own login. She books clients and runs checkout from day one — and the shop's finances never once appeared on her screen. Access follows the role from the first shift.

team

Everyone on the list has their own login.

The invite arrives by email; each member signs in with their own login — no shared password taped to the desk. The list shows who's on shift right now, based on their personal schedule.

who sees what

Defined by role, not by trust.

A team member sees their own schedule, clients and totals — never the shop's revenue or a colleague's clients. The owner sees the whole floor; the receptionist books clients and runs checkout without seeing the money.

An experienced colorist costs more.

Each member has their own set of bookable services — with individual price or duration where they differ — their own schedule and their own pay terms: commission or a fixed rate.

online booking

Any member can take online bookings.

A switch in the profile puts anyone on your public booking page, whatever their role: clients pick the person, and the calendar respects their schedule.

questions

Before you switch.

How many people can I add?
As many as you need: the price is flat, with no per-seat fee.
Can clients book with the receptionist?
Yes: anyone who takes clients can be made bookable — in any combination of roles.
What does a team member see?
Their own schedule, bookings and totals — not the shop's revenue or colleagues' clients. The owner sees the whole floor plus reports; the receptionist sees the calendar and bookings.
Is there a per-seat fee?
No. Pro is $25/month or $250/year, flat — the same price with two people or thirty. The free plan is for one person.
