Admins, receptionists and masters.

Everyone shares one login, sees everything, and the calendar doesn't reflect who actually does the work.

How it works

Admins run the place, receptionists work the front desk, and masters do the work — each sees only what they should, and all three can be booked, so the calendar matches the real floor.

Three roles — admins, receptionists and masters — each with the right access
Anyone who takes appointments can be bookable, in any role
Owners see revenue and reports; masters see their own chair
Unlimited team members on Pro, with no per-seat cost
Free plan covers up to two team members

DaySync gives salons, barbershops and beauty, tattoo, nail and spa studios three kinds of access — admins, receptionists and masters — instead of one shared login. Admins run the place and see revenue and reports; receptionists book and check people in at the front desk; masters manage their own chair and see their own day. Anyone who takes appointments can be made bookable, in any combination of roles, so the calendar matches who actually does the work. There is no per-seat cost: the free plan covers up to two team members, and Pro — a flat $25 per month per location — covers an unlimited team for the same price whether you are five chairs or fifteen. Each person sees only what they should, from their first shift.

For salons

The owner sees revenue and reports; the receptionist books and checks people in; each stylist manages their own chair.

Good to know

As many as you need — the plan is flat, with no per-seat cost.

Anyone who takes appointments can be bookable, in any combination of roles.

Their own column, their own bookings and their own totals — not the shop's revenue or other masters' clients. Admins see the whole floor, including reports; receptionists see the calendar and check-in. Access follows the role.

No. Pro is $25 per month, or $250 per year, flat per location — the price is the same with three people or thirty. The free plan covers up to two team members.
